Light or dark, the whole workspace follows one theme: the shell, the calendar, the forms and the app components. Colours are tokens, not hard-coded hex, so an app you add inherits the theme instead of fighting it.
Capability arrives as a package. Browse the catalog, install into your workspace, and release or roll back a version — the same mechanism every Alacrity application itself uses.

What is AlacrityCore?
Centralised infrastructure for your whole business. Every application you add runs on the same core — the same users, permissions, records, menus, flows and notifications — so it is tightly integrated with every other application without you wiring anything together. You bring the ideas; the platform grows with you.
How is this different from stitching separate tools together?
Most products solve one problem and then leave you to integrate them: syncing data, duplicating users, gluing workflows across systems. On AlacrityCore there is nothing to stitch. Every app is built on the same core, so it already shares your data and users — and any capability you add is available to all of them.
Do I need to be a developer?
No. That is the whole point. If you can describe your process, you can build it — drag fields onto a form, draw the flow, connect the integration. And if you do write code, you can drop into components, pages and server scripts whenever you want.
Is AlacrityCore built by AI?
No. The main components — the data engine, security model, identity and permissions, integrations and runtime — are human-developed by our team of security and platform specialists. AI is a layer on top: it rapidly creates and deploys applications for end users and developers, but it never replaces the engineered core.
What is the AI part, then?
Buddy, our AI layer. Describe the application you need in plain English and it creates the forms, wires the relationships, builds the pages and menus, and adds a dashboard. You review everything in a preview first — nothing is committed until you approve it.
Who is behind it?
A team of security and platform specialists. We have worked on brilliant projects with powerful tools, but those tools always came with a steep price tag and an even steeper learning curve. We are bringing that enterprise-grade engineering to small and medium organisations — with AI on top to make it fast.
Is it ready yet?
Parts of it, yes. The CRM is live (@alacrity/crm 0.0.20), built with Buddy on the engineered core. The Application Hub runs our own app governance and isn’t customer-facing yet. Early builds of payments, tenancy, workflow, stock, scheduling, inspections, attendance and analytics are on the platform at 0.0.x. HR is in design. Join the waiting list and we’ll show you around as each piece lands.
Why doesn’t your page talk about pricing?
Because we are still building and want your input first. When we are ready we will move to paid subscription tiers — we do need to feed ourselves — but for now we are looking for people who will try it, be brutally honest about what works, and tell us what they want to see.
